REGULATIONS | COMPETITION

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION:

EI.Pro , whose head office is located at 5 rue des martres, 77380 Combs-la-ville , RCS 847 945 771 RCS Melun , is organizing a competition entitled COMPETITION - ORIGINS CLOTHIERS, the winner of which will be chosen by drawing lots in accordance with the conditions defined below. Free competition with no obligation to purchase . The competition will run from May 29, 2025 to June 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION:

2.1. The competition is free and open to any person, residing in France or abroad, regardless of their nationality, excluding all persons who participated in the development of the competition.

2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the Participant's participation being invalidated.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF COMPETITION/TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This competition takes place exclusively on the Instagram social network, on the dates indicated in Article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the competition if they want to have a chance of winning the prize.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS 

The Organizer will randomly select the winner from among all registered participants. The draw will take place on June 21, 2025, at 5 p.m.

ARTICLE 5 – ALLOCATIONS 1

• 8 winners x 1 FREE item on next order (valid for 3 days).

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF PRIZES AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF PRIZES

The Contest Organizer will contact the randomly drawn winner only by private message on Instagram and inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winner will be contacted. Winners must respond within two weeks of sending this email and provide their full contact details. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of sending this email, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, prize, or other benefit. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute designated during the draw for the session concerned. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. The prize must be used during the period indicated according to the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner.

ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held liable for the inability to contact each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during delivery. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by the people who participated in the competition. Furthermore, the Organizer of the competition declines all liability for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The organizing company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel its operation at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure, without any compensation being claimed by the participants. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, particularly due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing participation in the competition mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, and violation of this rule will result in the permanent elimination of its creator and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, particularly in a computerized manner, in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 8 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company respects your privacy and undertakes to ensure that the collection and automated processing of your data, which is intended for commercial prospecting, complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

By entering their email address to participate in the competition, the person receives emails related to the subject (competition and e-commerce) from the list on which they subscribed.
